NICE
The Nurturing Inclusive Cybersecurity Education (NICE) project lays the foundation for creating more equitable Cybersecurity education programs in Oregon high schools (HS) and postsecondary institutions that focuses on underrepresented students.

- Outreach to Oregon high schools to inform, mentor, and support students in pursuing a postsecondary cybersecurity degree
- Training workshops for high school teachers to prepare and support them in offering an NSA-approved cybersecurity course at their schools

Cybersecurity Education for Oregon’s Tribes
Building Cybersecurity Resilience for Tribal Communities is a priority for Oregon. PSU’s Cybersecurity & Cyber Defense Policy Center provides free education, mentorship, and pathways to cybersecurity careers for members of the nine federally recognized tribal communities in Oregon.
